There is a large residents lounge and dining room, where breakfast is served. This room also has a large 3 piece suite, Sonos sound system and Smart TV.
Garden and Patio
The garden and patio areas include outdoor dining facilities, a BBQ, hot tub, outside shower, shaded decking area and hammock.
Parking
The drive can accommodate up to 6 vehicles in addition to parking directly outside the property, and there are no local parking restrictions on any adjoining roads.
Paddleboarding
Two inflatable paddleboards are available for residents to borrow free of charge.
